The arch support insole option provides additional support just in the arch area, rather than the whole shank, to support the foot whilst still allowing full articulation.
We always recommend that you have your pointe shoes fitted in person. For safety reasons pointes shoes ordered online cannot be returned (unless faulty) so please make sure you know your exact size when ordering.
