UK Delivery

We offer a choice of online delivery options within the UK:

Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) – a flat rate of £3.95 for all orders.

Express Delivery, Mainland UK only (1-2 working days) – a flat rate of £7.95 for all order values.

Customers can collect items from our Tunbridge Wells shop from Monday to Saturday in standard hours. Select the ‘Collect from the Shop’ option when checking out.

We do not currently ship overseas.

Standard delivery items are usually delivered within 5 working days and Express delivery within 2 working days. Delivery can be any time between Monday to Saturday, 7.30am – 6pm and some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later. We use a range of postal and courier services dependant on the size and value of the order.

Orders containing ‘back ordered’ items will be shipped when all items are in stock. Please note this may take up to 8 weeks depending on the item ordered. Please contact us if you would like further updates on back ordered items.

RETURNS

Returning Goods

You may return eligible items for a refund of the goods within 28 days of receipt of the products. Please check your items are eligible for return and follow the returns process set out below. The cost of returning unwanted items is to be paid for by you.

For faulty or incorrect items shipped the returns costs will be paid for by us.

Returns outside 28 days will not be accepted.

What Items Can You Return?

Eligible items:

Items in an as new condition – they must be unworn, with labels attached, free from make-up, pet hair, odour and deodorant marks and in the original packaging. Items without original packaging and/or labels will not be accepted.

Not eligible for return:

Items that do not meet the conditions of the items as stated above.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept tights and briefs if the packaging is opened.

Pointe shoes.

Custom made items.

Faulty items:

All genuinely faulty items are eligible for return including custom made orders, underwear, tights, pointe shoes or items otherwise ineligible.

If once inspected, on return to Dancing Boutique, the item is deemed to have been damaged through being worn, the item will be considered outside of our faulty item returns policy.

How to Return Items:

Please complete the Returns Form included with your order and enclose this with the items to be returned. If you need to talk to us and check the eligibility for your return, call us on 01892 529720.

We recommend using a signed for or tracked service as we are unable to accept responsibility for mislaid or lost parcels.

How long to process a return?

Your return and refund will be received and processed as quickly as we can but can take up to 14 days. Once the refund is processed and accepted, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Items that are deemed ineligible for return or received outside the 28 day returns window will not be refunded. In such cases we will advise you by email. You then have the option to pay an additional postage charge to return the items to you, to collect them from our store (items will be held for 14 days) or we can dispose of them on your behalf.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanging items:

If you require another size/colour, please return the item to us for a refund and re-order the correct item on our website.

We are unable to process requests for exchanges. However, if your item is faulty or has been sent by us incorrectly, once we receive the item back, we will be able to arrange a replacement to be sent out to you free of charge, as per our returns policy.
