Grishko demi-pointe shoes (soft blocks/ exam shoes) are a wonderful aid in preparation for pointe to strengthen the feet and anklesa and help with balance. It is highly recommended that dancers use this shoe for 6 months before going onto pointe.  The shoe is the same style and fit as the 2007 Pointe Shoe making the transition to pointe work easier.
