Length measurement should be taken from waist to about 2" below the knee, and for taller girls ideally no more than 3" below the knee.

Blues has white, pale blue & royal blue ribbons; Pinks has pale pink, mid pink & bright pink ribbons; Pastel has pale pink, lilac and pale blue ribbons; Brights has mulberry, purple and royal blue ribbons.
