RAD approved character skirt with 3 rows of ribbons. Velcro fastening allows for waist adjustment of up to 1″.
Length measurement should be taken from waist to mid calf and for taller girls ideally no more than 3″ below the knee.
Blues has white, pale blue & royal blue ribbons; Pinks has pale pink, mid pink & bright pink ribbons; Pastel has pale pink, lilac and pale blue ribbons; Brights has mulberry, purple and royal blue ribbons.
